Here at BugBands, we take great pride in the workmanship of our goods, and we want you to enjoy your purchases with complete confidence. That is why we provide a 12-month warranty for all products against manufacturing defects, so you can wear your watch band with confidence.

What Our Warranty Covers

This warranty covers you from any manufacturing defects that may appear during normal wear and tear, such as:

Material defects, which include but are not limited to cracks, peeling, or splitting.
Stitching, adhesive, or bonding problems.
Hardware failure: connector, clasp, buckle, adjustment part failure, and so on.

If you think you've received any of the above defects in our products, please make a claim through our Returns Portal, and we'll verify your case. Once confirmed, we provide store credit against the original purchase amount.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

Please note that our warranty does not cover the following:

Regular wear and tear, including color fading or minor surface scratches.
Accidental damage caused by misuse, extreme temperature, or exposure to water for devices that are not categorized as waterproof.
Poor application, use of forceful strength, incorrect fitting, or being subjected to strong chemicals.

If you think there is a manufacturing defect with your product, here is how to make a claim:

Go to our Returns Portal and submit details and photos of the issue.
Our team will then review the application, requesting additional information if necessary.
Qualified claims will be processed for store credit of the original purchase amount.
