The items with original receipts are eligible for returns (refunds or exchanges) within 30 days of purchase. So we have 2 options in returning your item.
Once you return your item to us within 30 days of purchase, we will inspect the item to make sure that it is eligible for a refund and we will notify you with the result. Your item will be eligible for a refund if:
- The item is in its original packaging with the receipts
- The item is unused and in the original condition as purchased (manufacturing faults are acceptable, but you should provide valid proof)
Once your refund request is approved, we will instantly start the refund process and the order amount (excluding the shipping costs if any) will be credited back to your original method of payment.
If your item is defective (manufacturing fault) or if you have made a mistake in placing the order, you can return the unused item with the original packaging (with proof of purchase) within 30 days of purchase. Once the item is received, we will inspect and notify you the eligibility of the exchange process.
If you wish to exchange your item, please send us a message through our Contact Us form 🐞. We will manually handle your request.
Please note that if you decide to return your item due to change of mind or mistake made at the time of purchase, then you are fully responsible for shipping costs for returning the item to us and receiving the replacement item back to you. All the shipping costs associated are non-refundable.
