Track Order

If you are waiting on your order to be dispatched, we'll send you a notification as soon as it is shipped. Once you have received the notification that your order has left BugBands Warehouse, then you can track your order here using the tracking number.

If you haven't heard from us with your tracking number within a day of placing your order, please send us a message at shop@bugbands.com.au or direct message through Facebook Messenger.

It can take up to 4-6 hours for it to appear live on Australia Post's Tracker once Australia Post has collected your parcel, which happens at 6pm on weekdays.
